Shipping and Delivery 

We strive to deliver your purchase in excellent condition as quickly as possible.

If you have special delivery circumstances that need to be considered, please let us know within 24 hours of your order at support@edtoba.com. The more we know, the better the experience we can deliver.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Most of our designs are in stock and ready to ship. Typically, items will arrive in 7–10 business days. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number. If an item is out stock, you will be informed during the checkout process and offered the option to place a back order for the desired item. This means you place your order, but we ship the product to you only when it arrives back in stock. We will not charge you for your purchase until it leaves our warehouse.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We currently deliver to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. If you would like to inquire about international destinations, please contact us at support@edtoba.com.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We are able to provide expedited shipping options for some orders. For more information about expedited shipping please contact us at support@edtoba.com.

ORDER STATUS:
Order status updates are communicated via email. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you will find order information by logging into your account. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@edtoba.com.

Returns and Exchanges 

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will take it back for a full refund. You can exchange it or get a store credit within 30 days of receipt. All limited edition art or special orders are final sale. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at support@edtoba.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.

Return Shipping Costs: Original delivery fees are non-refundable. In addition, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Condition of Product: The returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition. We recommend that if you aren’t 100% sure that your purchase will work, please retain all original packaging. That will make it easier for you to return it to us without shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Product: If an item arrives damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement. No additional or return shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at support@edtoba.com to report damage or defective items. Please note, we may request images of the damage for our records.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal. All orders are billed in US Dollars.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
One of our core design principles is efficiency. We push for efficiency in every aspect of a product, from the use of materials, to machining and production, to packaging and transportation. With higher efficiency, we use fewer resources and make a smaller environmental footprint. Additionally, during the design process we consider the environmental impact of each decision we make and, whenever possible, choose the option that has a smaller impact on the environment. We also believe that buying good designs that last is a great way to be environmentally friendly.

DAMAGES:
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately at support@edtoba.com or +1 718-576-1905 to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

MISSING PARTS:
