Return Shipping Costs: Original delivery fees are non-refundable. In addition, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Condition of Product: The returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition. We recommend that if you aren’t 100% sure that your purchase will work, please retain all original packaging. That will make it easier for you to return it to us without shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Product: If an item arrives damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement. Made to order furniture begins production immediately upon order and are built to the customers specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Oversize Delivery Policy: Customer agrees that when ordering a made to order piece they have pre-measured the barrier of entry. Edtoba.com can not be held accountable for any reason, where a customer has not properly measured their entryway, space or any other claim resulting in an oversized claim, neither in process of delivery during, or after. If a customer makes a claim or a denial of a shipment is made to Edtoba.com or the freight carrier making the delivery, customer is solely responsible for the pieces that were ordered. We recommend that in the case where a piece does not fit into their entryway or home/final delivery, to use a local upholstery/furniture specialty solution. We highly suggest All Furniture Services.
